MAKASSAR — To commemorate the 81st Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Transporindo Agung Sejahtera Makassar, in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), successfully organized a humanitarian event titled "Independence Day Blood Drive" on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
The event, characterized by a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere, took place on the ground floor of the PT Transporindo Agung Sejahtera office at Jalan Ir. Sutami No. 62, Makassar. It saw the participation of the company's management and employees, all driven by a desire to donate blood for the sake of humanity.
Embodying the spirit of caring during Independence Day, the event was guided by a profound message:
"A single drop of your blood means life to someone in need."
Representatives from PT Transporindo Agung Sejahtera stated that this activity represents a tangible expression of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and a demonstration of care for others. Through this official collaboration with PMI, the collected blood supply is expected to assist patients requiring emergency medical care in Makassar and the surrounding areas.
